Overview
A custom solution for a charter school to manage their book ordering, production, and fulfillment process. Multiple schools can be managed within the same system, all creating managing, and tracking individual orders.
In addition, there's a centralized ordering and approval process to benefit from a bulk volume discount. The central office can create initial orders, and then the schools can confirm and track their orders. The bulk ordering aspect is a key process to keep costs down for the schools.
Just in time production scheduling is also implemented to ensure books are printed and shipped when needed.
